Superior Court
The mission of the Superior Courts is to provide for the timely, effective and legally correct resolution of civil disputes, criminal prosecutions, appellate and equity matters in furtherance of justice and in compliance with the Constitution and the laws of the State of Georgia. The Superior Courts also support and oversee the operation of programs and functions within the Superior Courts' authority.
The Superior Court Judges and Staff CANNOT provide legal advice.
