ABSENTEE IN PERSON VOTING PUBLIC NOTICE
To be published in the legal organ of the county. SB 202 Section 28
Notice is hereby given that advanced voting shall take place for the May 24th, 20222 Primary and Nonpartisan Elections at the Ponchie Beck Election Center location at 441 Gordon St, Jefferson, Georgia 30549 on the following days and times.
May 2nd- May 7th, from 9AM until 5PM
May 9th- May 14th, from 9AM until 5PM
May 16th- May 20th, from 9AM until 5PM
(Braselton and Commerce satellites will open for the last week of early voting)
Braselton- Police & Muni Building located at 5040 Hwy 53, Braselton, GA 30517
Commerce- FBC located at 1345 S Elm St, Commerce, GA 30529
May 16th-May 20th, from 9AM-5PM
All early voting will end on May 20th at 5PM.
A Drop Box will be available for absentee ballots at the Ponchie Beck Election Center (located inside) ONLY during all early voting hours as per SB 202, and will close on May 20th at 5PM. Ballots may be dropped off until 7PM on May 24th, 2022 to the election staff located at 441 Gordon Street in Jefferson, absentee ballots will not be received at the polling locations on Election Day.
Absentee Ballot Applications may be submitted until 5PM (when office closes) on May 13th, 2022. (The first day the office may receive and ballot request for the May 24th, 2022 Primary is March 7th, 2022).

PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to SEB RULE 183-1-14-0.7-.15, this is to notify the citizens of Jackson County that the Jackson County Board of Elections and Registration will begin to open the outer envelope of accepted absentee ballots in the May 24th, 2022 General Primary/Nonpartisan Elections remove the contents including the absentee ballot, and scan the absentee ballot using one or more scanners on the following schedule:
May 16th, 2022 until May 20th starting each day at 10AM until all ballots have been opened and scanned for that day and May 24th at 5PM until complete in accordance with this rule, and may continue until all accepted absentee ballots are processed. However no person shall tally or tabulate, estimate or cause the voting equipment to produce any tally or tabulation, partial or otherwise, of absentee votes cast until the time for the closing of the polls on May 24th, 2022. The opening and scanning of the ballots will take place at the Ponchie Beck Election Center located at 441 Gordon Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Open to the Public.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-386(a)(3), this is to notify the citizens of Jackson County that the Jackson County Board of Elections and Registration will begin the early tabulation of absentee ballots cast in the May 24th, 2022 General Primary/Nonpartisan Elections at 10AM on May 16-May 20th, 2022 and at 5:00 PM on May 24th, 2022 at the Ponchie Beck Election Center located at 441 Gordon Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. All ballots accepted will be opened and scanned, no voting equipment will produce a tally until 7PM on May 24th, 2022. Open to the Public.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLCIATIONS IS May 13th, 2022--ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE REJECTED.

LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING PUBLIC NOTICE
To be published in the legal organ of the county. O.C.G.A. §21-2-379.23, SEB Rule No. 183-1-12.02(3)(b)1(i) ( Election Day) and SEB Rule No. 183-1-14-.02 (2)
Notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing and preparation of Voting equipment to be used in the April 11th, 2022 Primary/Nonpartisan Election will begin as early as April 11th, 2022 at 8:00AM (or once database has been received from the SOS Office). Testing will continue from day to day from 8AM-5PM until complete and members of the public representatives of the parties and bodies, and news media are entitled to be present during testing, but shall not interfere in any way with such testing. Said testing and preparation will be conducted at the Ponchie Beck Election Center located at 441 Gordon Street – Jefferson, GA 30549.
